Help need another select variant owner to check ambient lighting

Hi,

Just got my Capri select variant. I’m being told by my dealer the ambient lighting isn’t fitted to the car and the behaviour is expected, but the switch appears in the interface and can be switched on with no effect and then it turns itself off. I’m not expecting colour change but I would expect footwell lights etc. it would be a small tweak in software so can’t understand why ford would make it visibile if the feature is not there.

So far im disappointed with the cars interface the controls just aren’t ford like at all.the drive etc all good just too much VW not enough Ford.


Could someone please check theirs it’s in car settings interior.

The Select and the Premium do not have footwell lighting.

I have a select and have the same as you David. I don’t have the options that Mark shows above, just the option slider that you can turn on and then it turns itself off….
